  • Industrial Discharge Permit Fees: LPVRSA invoices permitted industrial users for all expenses incurred due to the administration and enforcement of the Industrial Pretreatment Program.

*All expenses incurred by LPVRSA in excess of $275 Plan Review Fee or $500 Staff Review Fee will be billed to party requesting reviews.
