About Us

The Lower Perkiomen Valley Regional Sewer Authority (LPVRSA) is a municipal authority organized and existing under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as supplemented and amended. The Act authorizes governmental units to create authorities to own, finance and operate various types of facilities. LPVRSA is a joint authority created by its member municipalities to provide bulk sewer service.

Mission Statement

As the provider of wastewater treatment to the municipalities of Collegeville Borough, Trappe Borough, Perkiomen Township, Skippack Township, Lower Providence Township and Upper Providence Township in Montgomery County, it is the mission of LPVRSA :

To provide the best service to those municipalities and/or municipal authorities while maintaining the lowest possible rates through sound management, financial, and engineering practices.

To anticipate the needs of the communities served and expand treatment facilities when feasible.

To initiate, promote and keep abreast of advances in wastewater treatment and administrative technology.

To recruit, train and motivate personnel capable of carrying out this policy now and into the future.
